1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Spaceless ("we," "us," or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Spaceless provides US visa appointment booking services including:

• Visa appointment scheduling assistance
• Document checklist and review
• Customer support and guidance
• Interview preparation tips
• Appointment rescheduling support

3. Service Packages and Pricing

We offer different service packages with varying features and pricing:

• Basic Package: ₹9,999 per applicant - Appointment booking within 15 days
• Premium Package: ₹12,999 per applicant - Priority booking within 7 days
• Express Package: ₹14,999 per applicant - Express booking within 5 days

Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website.

4. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is required before we begin the booking process
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment confirmation is required before service activation
• We accept UPI, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards

5. Service Guarantees

We guarantee to:

• Make our best efforts to secure your appointment within the promised timeframe
• Provide professional customer support throughout the process
• Maintain confidentiality of your personal information
• Offer a full refund if we cannot secure your appointment within the promised timeframe

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to our communications
• Have a valid DS-160 form completed before booking
• Pay the required fees on time
• Attend your scheduled appointment
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your requirements

7. Limitations of Service

Please note that:

• We are not affiliated with the US Embassy or Consulate
• We cannot guarantee visa approval - we only book appointments
• Appointment availability depends on embassy schedules and may vary
• We cannot control technical issues with embassy booking systems
• Service timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided if:

• We cannot secure your appointment within the promised timeframe
• You cancel within 24 hours of payment (if work has not commenced)

Partial refunds may be considered for:

• Customer cancellation after work has commenced
• Changes in customer requirements that prevent service completion

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by Spaceless. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for visa rejection or embassy decisions
• We are not liable for travel expenses or other costs related to your visa application

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, embassy closures, technical failures, or other unforeseeable events.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

• First, good faith negotiations between the parties
• If unresolved, binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
• The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be courts in Gurgaon, India

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Gurgaon, India.
