We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for US visa appointment booking services.

1. Full Refund Guarantee

We provide a 100% refund guarantee in the following cases:

  • We cannot secure your visa appointment within the promised timeframe
  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we begin working on your case
  • Technical issues on our end prevent service completion
  • We are unable to provide the service due to circumstances within our control

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund (if work has not commenced)
  • 24-72 hours after payment: 50% refund (if significant work has not been completed)
  • After 72 hours: No refund (work is typically in progress or completed)

2.2 Service-Initiated Cancellation

If we need to cancel your service for any reason:

  • 100% refund will be provided immediately
  • You will be notified within 24 hours of the decision
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refund Timeline

  • UPI/Bank Transfer: 2-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days

3.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is not available, we will arrange an alternative method.

4. Appointment Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment:

  • Premium & Express packages: Free rescheduling support included
  • Basic package: Rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 applies
  • Embassy-initiated changes: Free rescheduling assistance for all packages

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa rejection by the embassy (we only book appointments, not guarantee visa approval)
  • Customer fails to attend the scheduled appointment
  • Customer provides incorrect or incomplete information
  • Customer cancellation after 72 hours of payment
  • Embassy fees or other third-party charges
  • Changes in customer requirements after service commencement

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Service partially completed due to customer changes
  • Customer cancellation after significant work has been done
  • Force majeure events affecting service delivery

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the work completed and resources utilized.

7. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control such as:

  • Embassy closures due to emergencies
  • Government policy changes
  • Natural disasters
  • Technical failures by embassy systems
  • Pandemic-related restrictions

We will either reschedule your service at no additional cost or provide a full refund at your discretion.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  3. Include relevant documentation if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  5. You will receive a decision and refund timeline

  • We'll review your case within 48 hours
  • If still unsatisfied, you may seek arbitration as per our Terms & Conditions
